• Cancellation after registration: 60% penalty (deposit forfeited).
• Cancellation 7 days before: 80% penalty.
• Cancellation 5 days before: 100% penalty.
• Holidays/Tet: no refunds, no cancellations, no changes.

• Guests >75 years old & pregnant guests <30 weeks require medical clearance.
• No separation from the group; a penalty of 40 USD/shop will be charged for missing shopping stops.
