TOUR PRICE INCLUDES

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES

• Passport valid for ≥6 months, intact.
• Personal expenses: excess baggage, phone calls, laundry, minibar, optional tours outside the program…
• Re-entry visa fee to Vietnam (for Vietnamese overseas & foreign nationals).
• Gratuities for tour guide & driver: 5 USD/day/guest.
• Single room surcharge (if applicable).
• Shuisheng Street cruise (100 CNY/pax), "Impression Lijiang" show, 88th floor of Jin Mao Tower (120 CNY/pax), Yu Garden (150 CNY/pax).

CHINA VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURES

• Passport & Citizen ID card (clear scan required).
• 2 photos 4x6 on white background (most recent, no editing).
• Visa issued strictly for the group itinerary, must travel and return with the group.
• Visa processing takes at least 10 working days; register at least 10 days in advance.
• ≥70 years old: health certificate + accompanying person ≤60 years old.
• ≥80 years old: additional premium insurance fee.
• Pregnant guests ≥5 months not accepted.
• (Passport must have ≥3 consecutive blank pages.)

DEPOSIT & TOUR CANCELLATION INFORMATION

• 50% deposit upon registration. Remaining 50% payment 15 working days before departure.
• Cancellation conditions (excluding Sat, Sun, Public Holidays/Tet):
• Cancellation before/on visa application submission date: 5,000,000 VND/guest penalty.
• Cancellation after visa application submission (20–29 days before): 70% of deposit penalty.
• Cancellation 19–15 working days before: 90% of deposit penalty.
• Cancellation 1–14 working days before: 100% of tour price penalty.
• Cancellations by phone are not valid.
• Force majeure: no compensation liability.
• Only 1 adult + 1 child sleeping separately: child pays 100% of tour price.
• Refunds within 5 working days (via official email).

GENERAL NOTES

• Read the itinerary carefully before registering.
• Denied entry/exit: the company is not responsible, no refund.
• Group tour: if <15 guests, surcharge applies or refund.
